How to get started?
- Schedule an appointment online or call us at 980-443-3337 to set up the initial assessment
- Come in for the comprehensive exam and lab assessment to see if you are a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy
- If you are a candidate for testosterone replacement therapy we will discuss any questions you have and options for treatment
- If you decide to start treatment, we will develop a customized treatment plan and begin treatment
- Membership includes all physician services with unlimited visits, testosterone injections and all supplies
- Injections can be done in our office or eventually can be done at home, if you choose to do this, after you are established on your treatment plan
